Sydney builds and runs the workflows that turn ambitious ideas into finished work — casting, budgets, schedules, the hundred small decisions between a concept and a delivered cut — across narrative film, fashion, and branded content. She founded the independent production label SESAME in Seoul, where she produced 10+ projects with a 100% on-time delivery record, and led the production department at Korea University's Dolbit Film Club. Directing is where it all started, and where she keeps returning: she's currently completing an MA in Directing Fiction at Goldsmiths, University of London.
